Our last issue looked at connections and how they transmit movement through the automated system to preform a multitude of tasks. This issue focuses the lens again to look closer at this topic. It sheds more light on electrical connection technology required to handle mechanical loads that are typical of many automated applications. These connections are used across the entire automation spectrum including the sensor, the controller, the motor - and sometimes back again.
