This issue features an interview with Brett Neilly who talks about Milwaukee cordless tool trends and a case study from Procore on leveraging estimating data. Ontario is introducing legislation to remove barriers for out of province skilled workers. There is a growing labour shortage, and the new rules aim to help fill the gap. Ontario has also been investing in training and education to get more people and more people from different backgrounds into the trade. Similarly, NSAA is promoting workplace inclusion with a new video documenting the history of the African Nova Scotian community. |
