Encouraging promising employees
About a month ago in our September 19, 2023 Boating Industry Canada News Week Digest, I suggested that this is a great time of year to involve promising employees in your business by taking them to the upcoming distributor shows or industry Conferences. There is just a small cost to take your young employees to the immersive and often very enjoyable experience of attending the distributor shows. These are full of interesting products and information. More importantly, this is a great way to show that you are investing in them and in their future in your business.
