We are contemplating electrification on our coast here. I have an off the grid place on an Island; I can’t even charge my lawnmower, or chainsaw battery. We have a plan to install a charging station over on Bowen Island which does have hydro. The good news is that most marinas have 15/30/50 amp shore power at each berth, so not a problem for the most part. Onboard solar panel could augment charging.
