Robert Parke wins the Leadership Award at the 2023 CPS-ECP Conference
Robert Parke took his first course with Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons in 1970 and has accumulated 53 merit marks. Bob has demonstrated his commitment to the CPS-ECP and boating safety education as a dedicated entrusted volunteer for 53 years. Don is soon (or maybe already) celebrating his four-score but he owns a fantastic boat that he couldn’t tell me enough about when we met at a pre-pre-holiday party.
