MaxLite’s New HQ Officially Opens

As previously noted by US Lighting Trends, MaxLite has relocated its corporate headquarters to a new facility in Pine Brook, N.J., which includes a first for the company: a state-of-the-art training center and showroom featuring MaxLite’s energy-efficient luminaires and c-Max Network lighting controls system. The new facility is located at 340 Changebridge Road in the town of Pine Brook.

“I’m delighted to welcome our employees, customers, distributors, and agent partners to our new corporate headquarters,” said Spencer Bolgard, President & CEO. “This investment represents another step in our evolution as an industry innovator. It will drive collaboration, improve customer service, and enhance the employee experience for our New Jersey-based teams. I’m also pleased to say it strengthens our ‘ease of doing business’ approach, which continues to be a focus throughout our company.”

The relocation is part of MaxLite’s plan to increase efficiencies, consolidate operations, and better serve its agents, distributors, and customers. The modern training center and showroom allow the company and its partners to host educational events on its innovative portfolio such as c-Max Controls, and drive stronger relationships. The new Engineering and Testing Laboratory enables MaxLite to continue to maintain its recognized high standards of excellence in product engineering, design, and innovation along with continuing to broaden its extensive patent portfolio.

As part of the move, the company also shifted its New Jersey warehouse operations to its state-of-the-art facility in Indiana. Opened last year, the 100,000-sq.-ft. distribution and value-add center in Greenwood will now serve regions previously served by the New Jersey location, in addition to its existing footprint. MaxLite continues to expand its logistical capabilities with its rep partners in the Northeast and South Central regions. Thanks to this optimized distribution network, MaxLite can deliver product to the majority of its customers in a single day. With its improved inventory and value-add capabilities, the company’s Anaheim, Calif. facility provides superior service to the Pacific Northwest and Southwest. Anaheim also serves as the primary point of contact for shipments coming through Pacific ports.
