Innovative speaker splits musical soundstage

Apr 9, 2024

For optimal music reproduction, it’s ideal to place the mid and high frequencies closer to ear level. Infinity Kappa 8″ three-way convertible RGB marine speakers from RiverPark Marine easily accomplish this. Engineered to excel in an exposed environment, the award-winning design divides the musical soundstage for an audiophile-quality listening experience on a boat.

Infinity Kappa 8″ speakers have a unique 3.5″ center mid-tweeter that can be removed and mounted on a gunwale, arch, T-top or other elevated solid surface. The remaining 8″ subwoofer can then be installed as low as possible. The omni-directional bass notes surround the listener, while the higher frequency tones supply the finesse. The audio solution generates 200W RMS, with a 500W power peak for a sublime marine audio experience.

Beyond the incredible sound of Infinity Kappa 8″ speakers, they also feature two forms of RGB lighting, for extreme party mode. The center mount and perimeter of each speaker feature integrated LED lights.

The Infinity Kappa 8″ three-way convertible RGB marine speakers are 9.5″ O.D. and 3.25″ deep and require a 7″ cutout. The included adapter ring holds the 5.25″ O.D. x 2.25″ deep mid-tweeter, which uses a 4.5″ cutout. A pair of white (KAPPA8130MAM) Infinity by Harman Kappa 8″ three-way RGB speakers retails for $449.95 USD.
