Building and sustaining a high performing team can sometimes feel like an art form. Learning what components are needed to create a high performing team allows a leader to be intentional in maintaining that team.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

• Explain the importance of communication to positive team performance
• Identify the elements of team development
• Identify and clarify the purpose of their team
• Demonstrate an understanding of the positive role for conflict
• Recognize how to develop a positive team culture

Location: This course is offered in-person with accommodation for remote participation via Zoom.
