EAO: Series 82 – Enhanced Protection, Fast Mounting

EAO has extended the robust and attractive Series 82 with an overmoulded option and M12 connector. B&R’s new digital output module X20DO4332-1 has integrated pulse width modulation and is a cost-effective alternative to motor modules. In addition, the module offers a dither function that prevents valves from sticking. Pulse width modulation (PWM) is mainly used for controlling larger loads, such as motors. Instead of using electronics to regulate a continuous input voltage down to the desired motor voltage, the motor is controlled by the width of the switching pulses.

Weidmuller USA Unveils stripax plus Tool: An All-in-One Solution to Cut, Strip & Crimp Single Wires

Weidmuller USA has recently unveiled the new stripax plus tool that can cut, strip and crimp single wires in the cross-section range from AWG 20 to 14 (0.5 to 25 mm2). Designed to save space in the toolbox, the multifunctional stripax plus is an all-in-one solution. The wire-end ferrules are stored in a magazine in the tool’s handle and are automatically transported to the crimping die. Adjustments to different cross-sections are made automatically so that no manual adjustment is required.
