At this year’s IWF in Atlanta, Ga., August 23 & 22, Venjakob North America will be represented at two booths—booth A 10937 and with Stiles at booth B 5034. The Venjakob team will be showcasing its spray coating machines VEN SPRAY ONE and SMART, while Stiles, a sales representative for the company’s US market, will be displaying the VEN SPRAY PERFECT.
Resource shortages, environmental protection, sustainability, and a lack of skilled workers are all hot topics in today’s world. Venjakob would like to address these issues at the show and share information on what it is doing to optimize users’ production processes with technology.
For water-based coating materials application, Venjakob suggests installing its resource-saving recirculation system in the large-capacity booth of its VEN SPRAY PERFECT spray coating machine to save on heating energy and reduce environmental emissions. The integrated air humidification system achieves high coating quality with low energy consumption.
The VEN SPRAY ONE is an automated alternative and a way to supplement hand-held spray booth operations to help companies keep pace with growing demands for reliability and quality. This compact stand-alone machine is designed for entry-level users. It has an extra-large touch screen and a simple user interface to make operating the machine very straightforward.
Finally, the company’s SMART model is designed to save material and reduce cleaning efforts. It’s equipped with a belt cleaning system and/or a paper belt transport. Its paint recovery unit is economical and environmentally friendly, and if production requirements change, the machine is easily expandable by adding a cleaning unit or drying system, for example.
