As the leader in condulet bodies and covers for industrial, harsh and hazardous areas, Eaton continues to provide safety and reliability with a tried-and-true product: condulets.

One hundred years after the introduction of the Condulet, Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Division remains the leader in conduit outlet bodies.  The line has grown to six families manufactured in a variety of materials, and Form 7 bodies are offered in 11 different shapes to provide the most flexible offering on the market.  

Condulet Features

  • Conduit body, integral gasket and cover are pre-assembled 
  • Fewer parts to handle and install on a job site 
  • Form 7 conduit bodies are compact with a round back design for neat, efficient installations 
  • Raised dome with stainless steel screws, nylon washers, and a gasket simplify installation 
  • Conduit hubs have tapered threads and integral bushings for protection of wire insulation 
  • Individually barcoded to facilitate efficient inventory control 
  • Many shapes and trade sizes are available 
  • Sheet steel wedge nut cover with integral gasket 
  • UL 514B; CSA C22.2 No. 18; UL50E dust-tight Type 12

Form 7 Condulet outlet bodies approach conduit in size for neat, compact installations.  Many shapes and sizes are available for rigid threaded conduit.  Our Form 7 family features an exclusive Snaptight and wedge nut cover attachment for an unobstructed cover opening, and an integrally gasketed cover saves customers inventory and labor costs.  Form 7 is available as components or pre-packaged in various configurations as a SnapPack assembly allowing for quicker installations.
