Canadian Youth Trials in Florida

Jan 17, 2024

Currently 34 athletes from across the country are taking part in the Canadian Sailing Youth Squad Trials Camp in Clearwater.

During the six-day camp, the athletes will train with Canada’s top youth sailors, will work with Sail Canada technical staff and top Canadian coaches for skill development in Sail Canada’s targeted youth performance classes, while doing data analytics, a complete skills analysis with recommendations for moving forward. Athletes attending will also have the opportunity to get selected to the Canadian Sailing Youth Squad.

The athletes were selected from the regional and national talent ID camps that took place in 2023.
