LMPG Appoints New Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and APAC, and Head of Global Marketing

August, 22, 2023

Montreal, Canada, August 22, 2023 – LMPG Inc., formerly known as Lumenpulse Group, a global leader in the specification-grade lighting industry, announced the appointment of Jesse Lilley as Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA and APAC, and Head of Global Marketing, effective immediately. He will be reporting to François-Xavier Souvay, Founder, President, and CEO of LMPG inc.

Since the founding of the group in 2006 with Lumenpulse, eight innovative and strong specification grade brands have been added to the organisation. These great brands leave LMPG well positioned to seize growth opportunities not only in America, but across the globe. Leveraging the experience and success of Lumenpulse, LMPG will now be focusing on developing the market reach of selected brands in EMEA and APAC.

A familiar name for those who were present in the early years of Lumenpulse, Jesse Lilley was instrumental in the creation of the Lumenpulse brand image in his role as Senior Vice President of Marketing from 2011 to 2017. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer EMEA and APAC, he will support and oversee commercialization, sales networks, and product management for the group in these territories. Additionally, as Head of Global Marketing, Lilley will be responsible for raising LMPG’s brand awareness and reach worldwide. In collaboration with the brand Presidents, he will support the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies to fuel this growth.

François-Xavier Souvay shared: ‘I am thrilled to have Jesse rejoin our organisation. This new structure creates a solid premise for our Group’s evolution and gives us the means to ensure a successful growth globally. The establishment of a strong LMPG brand, as well as the reinforcement of all brands’ unique voices, will further our Group’s leading position worldwide.’

Lilley’s deep understanding and knowledge of the lighting industry will be an instrumental part of our success in expanding LMPG’s presence on the international stage. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge, and is fluent in English, Danish, Italian, and French.
