Sonepar Announces Shasta Terrelonge as New VP of Customer Experience
Sonepar is pleased to announce the appointment of Shasta Terrelonge as Sonepar Canada’s new Vice President Customer Experience, effective May 13th. Shasta has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Distribution and Logistics. Throughout her career she has worked at National Tire Distributors, and most recently, Group Touchette, where she served as Vice-President Customer Support and Associate Vice-President Customer Care. Shasta has dedicated her career to elevating the voice of the customer to the forefront of decision making, and the prioritization of customer satisfaction.
