Hard to believe we woke up this morning and it is already December. It has been something of a rollercoaster year with the return to in-person meetings and the tradeshow circuit taking off again. But, as we near the end of the year our focus should be forward, and our issue today focuses much attention on the future of our industry and the players within it. Take a few minutes to read about the programs being offered in your industry and look ahead at how climate change and a focus on electrification is going to change Canada in the coming years. And finally, as we all head into a few weeks of holiday parties and get togethers please stay safe and take time to enjoy the last few weeks of 2022 before we dive headfirst into 2023.
